Terrible service and won't refund left over packs - Wooden flooring
We purchased some flooring from the Cannock store. We were told we would have 28 days to return any items from the date of collection. We have now collected our flooring only to be told that the company has been taken over and we cannot return anything, even though the new company has the same returns policy. Absolutely fuming, we were talked into purchasing more than we needed just I case and now they won't take it back. Terrible company! Never again!!!

0 How on earth can you take time out to write a bad review to a company based on it going bust and stating that the new owners wont take old stock back that does not belong to them. You are lucky to even have your floor. Seriously some people..
